Users may request a review of the following issues:

• Whether the account actually triggered a loss limit;
• Whether order or execution records are correct;
• Whether the correct rules and time periods were applied;
• Whether the account was incorrectly identified as engaging in abnormal trading or as a related account;
• Payout amount, status, or payment result;
• Identity verification and account review results.

Appeals are intended to verify whether the facts, data, and applicable rules were correctly applied, and are not intended to request an exemption from product rules that were correctly triggered.
