Account Termination Rules

This document outlines the general rules for all BitFrog Prop products. Risk control parameters vary by product, and account termination will be determined based on the applicable parameters of each product. Product differences are listed in the comparison table at the end.

I. Account Termination Conditions

An account may be terminated or related permissions may be suspended in the following situations:

1. Maximum Daily Loss is triggered (not applicable to Instant): The limit is triggered when the daily loss reaches the Daily Loss Limit (Initial Account Balance × Product Percentage). Reaching the limit is sufficient; exceeding it is not required.
2. Maximum Account Loss is triggered: Account equity reaches or falls below the Maximum Account Loss Line (see Daily Loss & Maximum Account Loss).
3. Violation of platform trading rules, risk rules, or account usage rules (see Risk & Violation Rules).
4. Failure to pass account review.
5. User voluntarily closes the Funded account.
6. Other situations that violate product rules.

Once an account reaches a risk limit, the platform may terminate the account or suspend related permissions. After account termination, the system will cancel all unfilled orders and close open positions.

II. Funded Account Profit Handling

• Profits that have not been submitted for Payout will no longer be eligible for a Payout request;
• Payout requests successfully submitted before account termination will continue to be reviewed;
• No new Payout requests can be submitted after account termination.

WARNING: Before voluntarily closing a Funded account, please confirm whether there are any unclaimed profits remaining.
