Payout Methods & Payment Issues

After a Payout is approved, it will be processed using the payment method supported on the application page. The supported currencies, networks, account types, and any applicable fees are subject to the information displayed on the Payout submission page.

Before submitting, please confirm:

• The recipient information is correct;
• The supported currency and network are used; USDT is currently supported;
• The receiving account is controlled by the user;
• Any applicable network fees and processing times are understood.

WARNING

Losses caused by an incorrect address, incorrect network, or user input errors may not be recoverable.

If the payment remains incomplete for an extended period, please have your Payout ID ready and contact customer support for assistance.
