Payout and Account Termination Handling

When account termination and a Payout occur at the same time, the following principles apply:

• If the Payout was successfully submitted before the account was terminated, the request will continue to be reviewed;
• If the account is terminated first, no new Payout can be submitted;
• Locked Payout amounts will not be counted again in the Instant termination settlement;
• Continued review does not guarantee approval. The review result still depends on the account and trading activity.

The treatment of unclaimed profits differs between 2-Step and Instant. Please refer to the respective account termination rules for each product.
