Identity Verification (KYC)

BitFrog may require users to complete identity verification when activating a live account after passing the evaluation or before a Payout. Users must be 18 years of age or older to use BitFrog.

Users may be required to provide:

• Valid proof of identity;
• A selfie or liveness verification;
• Address or residency information;
• Other materials required for compliance review.

Identity information must be truthful, complete, and belong to the account holder. Using another person’s identity, duplicate identities, or false documents may result in account restrictions, Payout suspension, or account termination.
