Position & Holding Period Rules

BitFrog Prop accounts use isolated margin mode.

Position Limits

Each account can hold a maximum of 5 positions simultaneously. Once the limit is reached, no new positions can be opened, but users can still reduce or close positions and cancel pending orders.

Minimum Holding Time

The minimum holding time for a single position is 10 seconds for both 2-Step and Instant. Holding time is calculated from the time the opening order is executed.

Maximum Holding Time

• 2-Step: Positions can be held for up to 7 calendar days. Positions exceeding this limit will be closed automatically by the system.
• Instant: No maximum holding period.

Positions held overnight or over weekends remain subject to applicable risk limits, trading fees, and funding fees.
