Account Limits and Security
Account Limits
| Product | Unfinished Accounts a User May Hold Simultaneously |
|---|---|
| 2-Step Challenge | Up to 5 |
| 1-Step Challenge | Up to 5 |
| Instant | Up to 1 |
After a 2-Step or 1-Step challenge account passes review, if a funded account is already being traded, the new account must wait until the current funded account ends before activation. No more than 1 funded account may be traded at any one time.
Accounts must be used by their registered users. They must not be shared, sold, rented, or operated by others.
A significant change in the login environment due to travel, a device change, or use of a workplace or home network may trigger a security check. Provide any necessary explanation as requested.
Account Security
To protect your account:
- Passwords and verification: Use a unique, strong password and enable the platform's available security verification.
- Trading records: Regularly check orders, executions, and payout records to identify unusual activity promptly.
- Information protection: Never disclose passwords, verification codes, or login information to others.
- Tools: Be cautious with unknown-source plugins and remote-control tools. Obtain explicit permission from BitFrog before using trading-related automation tools.
If you discover an unusual login or trades you did not make, stop activity immediately, contact the platform through BitFrog's official support channel, and preserve the time of the incident, account number, and relevant records. Voluntarily sharing an account may affect subsequent responsibility assessments and rule reviews.
