Can I receive a payout for profits earned during a challenge? Do they carry over?

No. Profits in a 2-Step or 1-Step challenge account are used only to determine whether that phase's target has been met. They cannot be paid out. When the next challenge phase or funded account opens, the account is reset; balance, P&L, and valid trading days from the previous phase do not carry over. Instant has no challenge phase and starts with a funded account. See Account and Fund Structure.

I reached the challenge profit target. Why have I not moved to the next phase?

The profit target is only one requirement. Check whether your phase requires a minimum number of valid trading days, whether all positions and open orders are closed, and whether the account is under review. 2-Step counts targets and valid days separately in its two phases. The 1-Step challenge has no minimum valid trading day requirement. System confirmation or review may still be needed after all requirements are met. Check the account page for status and see Profit Targets and Valid Trading Days.

Will a position close at 00:00 (UTC+8), or count as a valid day tomorrow?

Neither happens automatically. Open positions and their unrealized P&L remain. For 2-Step and 1-Step, a new daily loss calculation starts at 00:00, but overnight unrealized P&L still affects the new day's loss room. An overnight position alone is not a valid trading day tomorrow; the next day must meet its own executed notional value and other applicable requirements. See the examples in Maximum Daily Loss and Maximum Account Loss.

Why did my 2-Step trading day not count?

Within one UTC+8 calendar day, a position must be held for more than 10 seconds and the total executed notional value of orders opening, adding to, reducing, or closing positions must reach 20% of account size. Both conditions must be met. Unfilled, canceled, and untriggered orders do not count. The 20% refers to executed notional value, not profit.

For a 10,000 USDT account:

Notional threshold for a 10,000 USDT account

10,000 × 20% = at least 2,000 USDT of executed notional value that day
A position must also be held for more than 10 seconds.

Check your execution and position records for the specific date. If the reason is still unclear, contact support. See Profit Targets and Valid Trading Days.

I reached the maximum daily loss. Can I trade again tomorrow?

Reaching the limit does not merely pause trading until tomorrow. If the combined daily result of a 2-Step or 1-Step account reaches the maximum daily loss limit, the account is handled under the termination rules. A new daily calculation starts at 00:00 (UTC+8) only if the limit has not been reached. The maximum account loss threshold never resets each day. Instant has no maximum daily loss but remains subject to maximum account loss. See Account Termination Rules.

My funded account is profitable. Can I request a payout immediately?

The conditions depend on the product. A 2-Step funded account's first payout cycle does not start automatically when the account opens; it starts only after the first valid trading day is completed. 1-Step has no payout waiting period or valid trading day threshold; once the funded account has eligible profit, you may request a payout after meeting the general request conditions. Instant requires the 5% profit milestone and payout eligibility. You must also close positions and open orders, meet the minimum request amount, and have no other payout request in progress on that account. See Payout Rules and Request Process.

Can I request a payout after my account has closed?

No new payout request can be submitted after closure. A request successfully submitted beforehand continues through review, with the final result determining whether it is approved. Unrequested profits in a closed 2-Step or 1-Step funded account are no longer eligible for a new request. Instant treats normal closure and closure for a risk rule breach differently. Before closing an account, check the eligible amount and any request already in progress. See Account Termination Rules.

What happens if there is no activity on my Prop account for an extended period?

This rule applies to every account stage in 2-Step, 1-Step, and Instant. Starting when the account opens or after the most recent account activity, the account is frozen after 15 consecutive days without any activity. The system's last-activity timestamp determines the exact start time. While frozen, you cannot trade or submit a new payout request, but you can still sign in to view the account, history, reason for the freeze, and appeal entry point.

The freeze starts a 15-day appeal period. If you submit an appeal within the deadline and it is approved, the account is restored. If no appeal is submitted by the deadline, or the appeal is denied, the account is closed and reclaimed by the platform.

WARNING

The “15 + 15” rule does not mean every account is reclaimed 30 days after it opens. An account with ongoing activity is not frozen or closed simply because 30 days have passed. The second 15-day period begins only after 15 consecutive days without any account activity causes a freeze.

See Account Status, Review, and Eligibility for the complete process and Account Termination Rules for payout treatment after reclamation.
