Prohibited and Abnormal Trading Activity

The following conduct may be treated as a rule breach or abnormal trading activity:

  • Sharing, selling, renting, or letting another person operate an account;
  • Exploiting system delays, incorrect prices, vulnerabilities, or abnormal market conditions for profit;
  • Coordinating opposite-direction trades across accounts;
  • Using unapproved automation or trading services;
  • Providing false identity, payment, or receiving information;
  • Deliberately evading holding-time, account-count, or risk limits; or
  • Otherwise clearly breaching fair-trading principles or product rules.

Copying another trader's trades, subscribing to unapproved third-party signals, or coordinating identical trades with other traders is also prohibited under the published rules.

BitFrog may review the relevant activity and, depending on its findings, restrict trading, adjust gains from abnormal trades, suspend payouts, or close accounts.
