Plans and Core Rules
Check the purchase page for account size and price. With Instant, a funded account opens after purchase and eligibility checks. There is no challenge phase, challenge profit target, or minimum valid trading day requirement.
| Rule | Instant |
|---|---|
| Maximum daily loss | None |
| Initial maximum account loss | 10% of initial account equity |
| 5% profit milestone | When equity reaches 105% of initial equity, payout eligibility starts and a new fixed loss threshold is set |
| Minimum holding time | 10 seconds |
| Maximum holding time | None |
| Trader's profit share | 70% |
| Voluntary payout request | From 20 USDT, with no fixed maximum; the eligible amount appears on the account page |
TIP
The maximum account loss threshold changes at the 5% profit milestone. The calculation differs before and after the milestone. See Maximum Account Loss and the 5% Profit Milestone for the trigger, formula, and examples.
Loss-Threshold Example and Overnight Positions
The examples below use initial account equity of 10,000 USDT.
Before the 5% milestone
The initial maximum account loss threshold is:
10,000 × 90% = 9,000 USDTThe rule is triggered if equity reaches or falls below 9,000 USDT. Instant has no maximum daily loss, so the key check is whether real-time equity has reached the current loss threshold.
After the 5% milestone
When equity first reaches 10,500 USDT, payout access opens and the new threshold is locked:
10,500 × 95% = 9,975 USDTFurther profit does not move the threshold higher. If equity is above 10,500 USDT when the milestone first triggers, calculate the threshold as 95% of the actual equity at that moment.
Holding a position overnight
Instant has no daily loss reset at 00:00 (UTC+8). If an open position has a 600 USDT unrealized loss at midnight, that loss does not reset on the new day and continues to affect real-time equity. The rule still triggers if equity reaches or falls below the current threshold.
Inactive Accounts
The common inactivity rule applies to Instant funded accounts. If there is no account activity for 15 consecutive days, the account is frozen and enters a 15-day appeal period. An approved appeal restores the account. If no appeal is submitted by the deadline, or the appeal is denied, the account is closed and reclaimed by the platform. See Account Status, Review, and Eligibility for the complete process.
How These Rules Affect You in Practice
- Where the account starts: Instant has no challenge account. After purchase and eligibility checks, the system initializes a funded account. Account size is the basis for risk and profit rules; it is not withdrawable principal.
- Why there is no maximum daily loss: Instant does not use the 2-Step or 1-Step daily-loss mechanism and has no midnight daily reset. Loss is still limited because real-time equity is always checked against the current maximum account loss threshold.
- The 5% profit milestone: when equity first reaches 105% of initial equity, payout access opens and a new threshold is locked at 95% of equity at that moment. The 5% is not a fixed withdrawable amount. See Maximum Account Loss and the 5% Profit Milestone.
- Holding and overnight positions: each position must be held for at least 10 seconds, with no maximum holding period. A position does not close at midnight, and its unrealized P&L continues to affect equity; see Position and Holding Period Rules.
- No account activity: 15 consecutive days without any account activity freezes the account and starts a 15-day appeal period. The same rule applies to 2-Step and 1-Step. See Account Status, Review, and Eligibility.
- Payouts: reaching 5% only opens access. You must still close positions and orders and keep equity above the current threshold after the requested amount is locked.
