2-Step Demo Experience Coupon Rules

Ⅰ. Coupon Type Description

The Demo Experience Coupon is a free trial voucher for BitFrog 2-Step. It can be used to activate a simulated challenge account and experience the complete 2-Step challenge process.

The Demo Experience Coupon is intended solely for familiarizing users with the rules and trading process. It does not progress to the live account stage and does not support Payout withdrawals.

Ⅱ. Eligibility

• Each user is eligible to claim the coupon only once.
• During the coupon trial period, users cannot purchase a regular challenge at the same time.
• After the trial ends, users may purchase a regular challenge at any time.

Ⅲ. Validity Period

Valid for 30 days from the date of receipt and expires thereafter.

Ⅳ. Usage Rules

1. The Experience Coupon is for personal use only and cannot be transferred or gifted.
2. The Experience Coupon cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
3. Each Experience Coupon can be used to activate one simulated challenge account only.
4. The challenge phase rules are the same as those for the regular 2-Step, including profit targets, valid trading days, risk limits, and other applicable rules.
5. The P&L of the experience account is for evaluation purposes only and does not generate any actual earnings.

Ⅴ. Post-Trial Handling

• Trial Completion: After completing Step 1 and Step 2, the account status is updated to “Simulated Evaluation Completed”, and the process ends.
• Challenge Failure: The simulated challenge ends when a risk-control rule is triggered.
• Next Steps: After the trial ends, users may purchase a regular 2-Step challenge and, after completing the evaluation according to the standard rules, proceed to the Live Account.

Ⅵ. Important Notes

1. The Demo Experience Coupon does not progress to the Live Account stage and does not generate any live-account rewards.
2. The Demo Experience Coupon does not support Payout withdrawals.
3. Once the Demo Experience Coupon expires, it cannot be used again, and no replacement coupon will be issued for expired coupons.
4. The rules for the Demo Experience Coupon are consistent with those of the regular challenge, allowing users to familiarize themselves with the rules in advance and assess the suitability of their trading strategy.
5. Using the Demo Experience Coupon does not affect the benefits associated with the first purchase of a regular challenge.

A：No. The Experience Coupon is only for experiencing the Step 1 and Step 2 process. It does not progress to the Live Account stage and does not support withdrawals.

A：Each user is limited to one claim. Once claimed or used, it will not be issued again.

Q：What happens if I don't use the Experience Coupon before it expires?

A：It will expire and can no longer be used.
