Profit Target & Valid Trading Day Rules

This document outlines the general rules for all BitFrog Prop products, including the calculation method for Profit Targets and the unified definition of Valid Trading Days. Product-specific target percentages and trading day requirements are listed in the comparison table at the end.

I. Profit Target

Calculation Method

The Profit Target is calculated based on realized trading results. Floating profit from open positions does not count toward the target. Trading fees and funding fees affect the final net profit.

Profit Target Amount = Account Size × Target Percentage

Example: For a 10,000 USDT account with a 10% target:

10,000 × 10% = 1,000 USDT

Profit Target Achievement Criteria

After reaching the Profit Target amount, all of the following conditions must also be met to complete the stage:

  • No open positions: All positions must be closed and all active orders canceled. (Even if floating equity reaches the target, the stage is not considered completed while positions remain open.)
  • Account balance (realized P&L only, excluding floating P&L) reaches or exceeds the Profit Target amount.
  • Meet the minimum Valid Trading Days requirement for the applicable product (see comparison table).
  • No Maximum Daily Loss violation.
  • No Maximum Account Loss violation.
  • No prohibited trading activities identified by the platform.
  • Pass the platform review.

TIP: Reaching the Profit Target does not mean automatic approval. It is only one of the requirements for completion.

II. Valid Trading Days

A calendar day counts as 1 Valid Trading Day when the total executed order notional value reaches the following requirement:

Daily Executed Notional Value ≥ Account Balance × 20%

  • Executed amounts from opening, adding, reducing, and closing positions are all included;
  • Unfilled orders, canceled orders, and inactive orders are not included;
  • Calculated by calendar day in UTC+8, with the calculation resetting at 00:00 each day.
