Market Conditions, Slippage & Simulated Execution

BitFrog Prop orders and account equity are calculated based on the market data used by the Trading Terminal.

Slippage

Market orders, trigger orders, and forced liquidations may experience slippage due to market volatility or changes in liquidity. The actual execution price may differ from the price shown when the order was placed.

Partial Fills

When available market liquidity is insufficient, an order may be filled in multiple executions. Trading fees, positions, and P&L are calculated based on the actual execution results.

Market Data Anomalies

If there is an apparent erroneous price, market data interruption, duplicate execution, or abnormal order status, users should stop placing new trades and contact customer support promptly.

The platform will review the issue based on order records, execution records, and market data records.
