Restricted Countries and Regions
To comply with the laws and regulations of different countries and regions, as well as the compliance requirements of partners such as exchanges and liquidity providers, BitFrog may restrict or prohibit users from certain countries or regions from accessing all or part of its services, including but not limited to:
- Regions where the provision of relevant services is prohibited or restricted by laws, regulations, sanctions, or other official requirements;
- Jurisdictions designated as subject to international sanctions or as high-risk;
- Countries or regions where partner exchanges, on-chain protocols, or liquidity providers explicitly prohibit the provision of services;
- Regions that BitFrog determines to be unsuitable for service provision based on its risk assessment.
