Maximum Account Loss & 5% Profit Rule
Instant does not have a Maximum Daily Loss limit, but the Maximum Account Loss rule always applies.
Before Payout Access Is Activated
- Maximum Loss Amount = Initial Account Equity × 10%
- Initial Loss Limit Line = Initial Account Equity × 90%
Example: For a 10,000 USDT account, the initial loss limit line is 9,000 USDT.
5% Profit Rule
When the account equity reaches 105% of the initial account equity (a 5% profit), Payout Access is activated.
After activation:
- Maximum Account Loss is adjusted to 5% of the account equity at the trigger point;
- The loss limit line is fixed at 95% of the account equity at the trigger point and will no longer move upward.
Example
For a 10,000 USDT account, when equity reaches 10,500 USDT:
- Fixed Maximum Loss Amount: 10,500 × 5% = 525 USDT
- Fixed Loss Limit Line: 10,500 × 95% = 9,975 USDT
After this point, no matter how much the account equity increases, the loss limit line remains fixed at 9,975 USDT.
