How many stages does 2-Step have?
Stage 1, Stage 2, and the Live Account. After completing both challenge stages and passing the review, the account enters the Live Account.
Does Instant require completing a challenge?
No. After purchase and passing the eligibility check, the account can be activated.
How are valid trading days calculated for 2-Step?
Within a single calendar day in UTC+8, a total executed notional value equal to 20% of the account balance counts as 1 valid trading day.
Do I need to close all positions before submitting a Payout?
Yes. When submitting a Payout, there must be no open positions or active orders.
How long does Payout review take?
Typically, 1–7 days. If there are issues involving abnormal trading activity, identity verification, or payment information, the review may take longer.
Does Instant have a daily maximum loss limit?
No. Instant uses the maximum account loss limit and the fixed loss limit after the 5% profit milestone to manage risk.
Can I still submit a Payout after the account is terminated?
No new Payout requests can be submitted. Payout requests that were successfully submitted before the account was terminated will continue to be reviewed.
