Profit Targets and Valid Trading Days
Profit targets determine whether a 2-Step or 1-Step challenge phase has been passed. Instant has no challenge phase. Valid trading days are counted by UTC+8 calendar day. Minimum day requirements differ by product, challenge phase, and payout cycle.
Challenge Profit Targets
Target net profit = initial account size × the phase's target percentage.
Only realized net trading results count toward the target. Unrealized profits on open positions cannot be used to pass a challenge. Trading and funding fees affect the net result.
For example, a 1-Step challenge account with a 10,000 USDT account size and a 10% target needs at least 1,000 USDT of realized net profit. In 2-Step, each phase is assessed against the target in the purchased plan. The account is reset when the next phase begins, so profits from the previous phase do not carry over.
TIP
Reaching the target alone does not mean you have passed. Close all positions and open orders, meet the phase's valid trading day and risk requirements, and pass the review. Challenge profits cannot be requested as a payout.
How a Valid Trading Day Is Counted
During one UTC+8 calendar day, the total executed notional value of orders must reach at least 20% of account size. Executed orders that open, add to, reduce, or close positions count. Unfilled, canceled, and untriggered orders do not. The 20% is an executed notional value threshold, not a profit target or a share of margin used.
The daily total starts again at 00:00 (UTC+8). Simply carrying an open position past midnight does not make the following day a valid trading day.
2-Step also requires a position to be held for more than 10 seconds. Both the holding time and the day's executed notional value requirement must be met for that day to count. The 1-Step challenge phase and Instant have no minimum valid trading day requirement.
For a 10,000 USDT 2-Step challenge account, executed notional value must total at least 2,000 USDT that day and the holding time requirement must be met. A profitable day does not count if either condition is missing. If a phase shows “2/3,” two valid days have been recorded and one is still required. Trading on three different dates does not prove that all three qualified. Check execution and position records for each date rather than relying only on an account screenshot.
