How Violations Are Handled

If an account shows a possible rule breach or abnormal trading activity, BitFrog may, as appropriate:

• Remind the trader of the applicable rules;
• Suspend new positions or payouts;
• Request identity information or an explanation of the trading activity;
• Adjust gains attributed to abnormal trading;
• Close the account; or
• Impose further restrictions for fraud, payment, or compliance concerns.

The decision is based on account, order, execution, login, and other relevant records. If you believe it is incorrect, you may request a review under the appeal process.
