2-Step Challenge Introduction
2-Step has two challenge phases. After purchasing a plan, you receive a challenge account and work through Phase 1 and Phase 2 in order. Passing the subsequent review opens a funded account. When funded account profits meet the applicable conditions, you may request a payout with an 80% trader profit share.
WARNING
Challenge profits cannot be paid out. The account is reset for Phase 1, Phase 2, and the funded stage separately. Balance and P&L from one phase do not carry into the next. Challenge profits are used only to assess whether that phase's target has been met.
Account Path
Purchase a plan → Phase 1 → Phase 2 → Review → Funded account → Request a payout when eligible.
Key Rules
- Loss limits: maximum daily loss is 5% of initial account size. Maximum account loss is 8%–10%, depending on the purchased plan. Check your plan in Plans and Core Rules, then use Maximum Daily Loss and Maximum Account Loss to calculate the applicable thresholds.
- Valid trading days: a trade must be held for more than 10 seconds, and the day's total executed notional value must reach 20% of account size. Each challenge phase uses the minimum shown for the purchased plan. See Profit Targets and Valid Trading Days.
- Overnight positions: positions do not close automatically at 00:00 (UTC+8). Unrealized P&L still affects the next day's daily loss room, and carrying a position past midnight does not automatically make the following day valid. See Position and Holding Time Rules.
- Passing the challenge: reaching the profit target does not automatically open a funded account. You must also meet the valid-day requirement, close all positions and orders, and pass the review. See Challenge Process and Review.
- Funded-account payouts: the first valid trading day is Day 1. The first request opens at 00:00 (UTC+8) on calendar Day 8, provided all other conditions are met. See Payout Rules and Request Process.
