Instant Core Rules
Maximum Account Loss and the 5% Profit Milestone Switch
Instant has no maximum daily loss, but account equity must never reach the applicable maximum account loss threshold. When account equity first reaches 105% of initial equity, payout access is enabled and the loss threshold switches and becomes fixed.
Before Reaching a 5% Profit
Maximum account loss is 10% of initial equity. Before the 5% profit milestone is reached, this threshold determines whether maximum account loss has been triggered.
After Reaching a 5% Profit
When account equity first reaches the 5% profit milestone, payout access is enabled. A new maximum account loss threshold is calculated as current account equity × 95% and then fixed. Even if profits and account equity continue to grow, this threshold does not rise again.
For an Instant package with an initial account size of 10,000 USDT:
| Calculation | Maximum Account Loss Threshold | |
|---|---|---|
| At account activation | 10,000 × 90% | 9,000 USDT |
| When account equity first reaches 10,500 USDT | 10,500 × 95% | 9,975 USDT, then fixed |
Inactivity Freeze Rule
An account is frozen after 15 consecutive days without any activity. A 15-day appeal period begins after the freeze. Submitting an unfreeze request through the required process during that period can reactivate the account. For details, see "Account Status, Review, and Eligibility".
