Account Termination and Freeze Rules
Account Termination Rules
The following may result in account termination or suspension of the relevant permissions:
- Triggering an applicable loss limit.
- Breaching trading or account rules, or failing the review.
- Voluntarily ending the account.
See the detailed introduction page for each challenge for specific triggering conditions.
Once a termination condition is triggered, the system stops new position openings, cancels active orders, and closes existing positions under the rules. It then settles P&L, trading fees, and funding fees based on actual executions and updates the account status. Actual closing prices and final account equity are determined by the account records.
Treatment of Profits After Termination
| Situation | Treatment |
|---|---|
| Payout request successfully submitted before termination | The request continues through review. Approval is subject to the review result. |
| A 2-Step/1-Step funded account ends | Profits for which no payout request was submitted are no longer eligible for a new request. |
| An Instant account ends normally and meets the product conditions | A termination settlement payout may be generated under the rules. Amounts already locked in requests are not counted again. |
| An Instant account is terminated by risk controls | Unrequested profits are not settled. |
Account Freezes and Recovery
Accounts with no activity for 15 consecutive days are frozen.
A 15-day appeal period begins after the freeze. If no appeal is submitted by the deadline, or the appeal is unsuccessful, the account is terminated and closed by the platform.
After termination, an account cannot continue trading or submit new payout requests. Challenge account profits are not eligible for payout. For funded accounts, the amount available to request and the processing status are shown on the account page.
This rule applies to 2-Step, 1-Step, and Instant. For the complete process, see "Account Status, Review, and Eligibility".
If you believe that the grounds for termination, order executions, or account data are incorrect, provide records and request a review under "Issues and Appeals".
New requests cannot be submitted after an account ends. Before voluntarily ending a funded account, check any profits not yet requested and the status of current payout requests.
