Payout Amounts, Rates, and Their Effects
Reward Rates and Payout Amounts
The payout request amount is the full amount deducted from profits available for payout in the account. The amount actually received by the user is calculated using the product's reward rate: 80% for 2-Step and 1-Step, and 70% for Instant.
For example, for a request of 1,000 USDT, a 2-Step or 1-Step user actually receives 800 USDT, while an Instant user receives 700 USDT. The remainder is the platform's profit share.
Unrealized P&L cannot be requested directly as a payout. The available amount is subject to the realized profits displayed on the account page and the product rules.
Locking the Requested Amount
The system locks the full requested amount, not the expected amount to be received. For example, for a request of 1,000 USDT, the system locks 1,000 USDT. The user ultimately receives 800 or 700 USDT, depending on the product's reward rate.
After submission, the system locks the requested amount to prevent duplicate requests or double counting. If a request is rejected, partially returned, or payment fails, the system updates the account balance and equity based on the amount actually returned.
Effects of Payouts
1. 2-Step and 1-Step: Effects on Daily Loss
A payout does not directly count as a daily trading loss. However, if the requested amount includes positive realized profits from that day, the portion requested no longer serves as that day's profit buffer. The system calculates this when the payout request is successfully created and the amount is locked, without waiting for approval or receipt of funds.
Available daily profit = Today's realized net P&L − Daily profit buffer already removed cumulatively, with a minimum of 0.
Profit buffer removed by this request = The smaller of the full requested amount and available daily profit. Any amount exceeding that day's positive profits does not count as a daily trading loss, even if it comes from historical profits.
Example:
A 2-Step account of 10,000 USDT has a base daily loss limit of 500 USDT. If realized net profit for the day is 2,000 USDT and a payout of 1,500 USDT is requested, 1,500 USDT of the day's profit buffer is removed, leaving 500 USDT.
With no other P&L changes at that time, the remaining daily loss allowance is the base limit of 500 USDT plus the profit buffer of 500 USDT, totaling 1,000 USDT. The same treatment applies to 1-Step, but its base daily loss limit is calculated at 3%.
If the full amount is returned on the same day, the daily profit buffer actually removed by that request is restored. If part is returned on the same day, the buffer is restored by the actual returned amount, up to the amount originally removed.
A return on a later day does not restore the previous calendar day's profit buffer. It only restores the balance and equity under the rules. While the requested amount remains locked, the removal of the day's profit buffer continues to apply. After 00:00 each day, the record of profit buffer removed by that day's payouts resets with the daily loss calculation period.
2. Instant: Equity After a Request and the Stop-Loss Threshold
An Instant payout request must satisfy Current account equity − Full requested amount > Current stop-loss threshold. If account equity after deducting the full requested amount is equal to or below the stop-loss threshold, the request cannot be submitted. The current stop-loss threshold remains unchanged after the payout is completed.
Example:
For a payout request of 1,000 USDT, the system locks the full 1,000 USDT. At a reward rate of 70%, the user actually receives 700 USDT and the platform's profit share is 300 USDT. Whether the request can be submitted still depends on whether account equity remains above the current stop-loss threshold after deducting the full requested amount.
