BitFrog Membership Overview
BitFrog offers three membership tiers — Regular, VIP, and SVIP. Each tier provides different levels of access to platform features such as indicator alerts, Twitter subscriptions, and voice message pricing.
1. Membership Tiers
Regular User Users have access to all basic platform features.
VIP To become a VIP, users must meet at least one of the following conditions:
- Connect a live trading account or establish a referral rebate relationship.
SVIP To become an SVIP, users must: Connect a live trading account and either complete at least three trades per month, or maintain an active rebate relationship for at least three consecutive trading days.

3. How Membership Works
- Regular users automatically have access to all basic platform features.
- VIP members enjoy greater flexibility in setting indicator alerts and managing Twitter subscriptions.
- SVIP members unlock the highest alert limits, support for all coins, and the lowest voice message rates.
- Membership status is activated automatically once the required conditions are met.
4. Membership Downgrade Rules
If a user no longer meets the requirements for VIP or SVIP, the system will automatically downgrade their membership.
The system will send a notification before the downgrade takes effect.
