# 【交易員】訂閱費用結算說明

### 一、收費模式

實盤採用定期訂閱付費模式。

用戶透過每 30 天支付一定費用，獲取實盤訊號並進行自動化跟單。

### 二、到帳時間

#### 正常情況

待用戶當期訂閱到期滿 7 天後，系統將為您結算訂閱費用。

#### 若產生退款

系統將先退還訂閱費用，再為您結算用戶已產生的訂閱費用。

### 三、免費實盤轉為付費實盤

若您將免費實盤修改為付費實盤，平台將提前 5 天透過每日推送通知訂閱用戶此項變更。

5 天後，系統將統一扣除訂閱費用。

### 四、退款說明

平台提供按 30 天付費的跟單服務。

退款時將按天結算跟單費用，並退還至跟單者帳戶。

即使未滿一天，亦將按一天計算。

#### 自動退款類型

* 跟單用戶被移除
* 下線實盤
* API 失效超過 7 天
* 註銷實盤
* 付費實盤轉為公開實盤

#### 退款時間計算規則

**跟單用戶被移除、下線實盤、註銷實盤、付費轉為公開實盤**

自操作時刻開始計算退費。

**API 失效超過 7 天**

自第一天失效時開始計算退費。

### 五、平台分成

平台將扣除一定比例的技術服務費後，再為您結算訂閱費用。
