Maximum Account Loss & 5% Profit Milestone

Instant does not have a Maximum Daily Loss, but the Maximum Account Loss rule always applies.

Before Payout Eligibility Is Enabled

• Maximum Loss Amount = Initial Account Equity × 10%
• Initial Loss Limit = Initial Account Equity × 90%

For a 10,000 USDT account, the initial loss limit is 9,000 USDT.

5% Profit Milestone Rule

Once account equity reaches 105% of the initial account equity, corresponding to a 5% profit, payout eligibility is unlocked.

Once unlocked:

• Maximum Account Loss is reset to 5% of the account equity at the time of activation.
• The account loss limit is locked at 95% of the account equity at activation and will not move upward afterward.

Example

When a 10,000 USDT account reaches 10,500 USDT in equity:

• Fixed Maximum Loss: 10,500 × 5% = 525 USDT
• Fixed Loss Limit: 10,500 × 95% = 9,975 USDT

From that point onward, the loss limit remains fixed at 9,975 USDT, regardless of how much the account equity increases.
