What is 2-Step?
What is 2-Step?
2-Step is a two-stage trader evaluation program. Users must complete Step 1 and Step 2 in order, and pass the platform review before entering the Funded Account stage.
Do I get a Funded Account immediately after purchase?
No.
After purchasing a Challenge Account, you will enter Step 1 first. You can enter the Funded Account stage only after completing both Step 1 and Step 2 and passing the platform review.
Does the challenge fee count as withdrawable funds?
No.
The challenge fee is used to activate the Challenge Account process. It is not withdrawable funds and does not mean you receive a Funded Account immediately after purchase.
Challenge Rules
What is the difference between Step 1 and Step 2?
Step 1 is the first evaluation stage, designed to assess basic profitability and rule compliance.
Step 2 is the second evaluation stage, designed to further evaluate trading consistency and risk management discipline.
If I reach the Profit Target, will I automatically pass?
No.
Reaching the Profit Target is only one of the passing requirements. The account must also meet the loss limits, Minimum Trading Days requirement, Prohibited Trading Activities rules, and account status requirements.
What happens after completing Step 1?
After meeting the Step 1 requirements, the account will enter the stage review or status update process.
Whether the account advances to Step 2 is determined by the system status and platform review result.
Can I claim rewards immediately after completing Step 2?
No.
After completing Step 2, the account must still pass the platform review and enter the Funded Account stage. Rewards can only be claimed after all reward eligibility requirements are met.
Trading Days & Time
What are Minimum Trading Days?
inimum Trading Days refer to the minimum number of valid trading days required during the challenge stage.
The account must meet this requirement in order to satisfy the passing conditions for the relevant stage.
Is there a Maximum Trading Period?
Whether a Maximum Trading Period applies depends on the account plan shown on the product page.
If a maximum trading period is set, users must complete the required stage objectives within the specified timeframe.
When does the Daily Loss reset?
Daily Loss calculations are based on the platform system time in the UTC+8 timezone.
The reset time is 00:00 (UTC+8) each day.

Risk Management Rules
What is Maximum Daily Loss?
Maximum Daily Loss is the maximum loss amount allowed within a single daily loss calculation period.
If this limit is breached, the account will immediately enter the liquidation process, the challenge will fail, and the account will be revoked.
What is Maximum Account Loss?
Maximum Account Loss is the maximum cumulative loss allowed throughout the entire challenge period.
It does not reset daily.
If this limit is breached, the account will immediately enter the liquidation process, the challenge will fail, and the account will be revoked.
Does the Daily Loss reset clear the Maximum Account Loss?
No.
The Daily Loss reset only affects the daily loss calculation period. It does not reset the Maximum Account Loss limit.
Positions & Trading Activities
Are overnight positions allowed?
Whether overnight positions are allowed depends on the rules displayed on the product page.
If overnight positions are allowed, users are still responsible for the market volatility risk during the holding period.
Are weekend positions allowed?
Whether weekend positions are allowed depends on the rules displayed on the product page.
If weekend positions are allowed, users should be aware of potential volatility, liquidity risks, and gap risks during the weekend period.
Is automated trading allowed?
No
What can cause a challenge failure?
A challenge may fail if any of the following occurs:
- Maximum Daily Loss is breached
- Maximum Account Loss is breached
- Minimum Trading Days requirement is not met
- Maximum Trading Period is exceeded
- Prohibited trading activities are detected
- The account status becomes abnormal
- The account does not pass the platform review
Account Status
What does "Pending Activation" mean?
Pending Activation means the account has completed the current process but has not yet officially entered the next stage or the Funded Account stage.
Users should follow the status displayed on the account page and should not assume that all review requirements have been completed.
How long does the review process take?
The review timeline depends on the platform's actual processing progress.
The review may take longer if:
- Required information is missing
- The account status is abnormal
- Trading records require additional review
- Additional documents or verification are required
Rewards & Verification
Can I apply for a reward as long as I make a profit?
No.
To claim rewards, the account must enter the Funded Account stage and meet the requirements for:
- Minimum Reward Amount
- Reward Cycle
- Account Status
- Platform Review
When will rewards be paid?
Reward payment timing is subject to the information displayed on the product page and the result of the platform review.
Failure, Refunds & Appeals
Can I retry, reset, or repurchase after failure?
Whether retry, reset, or repurchase options are available depends on the rules displayed on the product page.
Different account plans may have different policies.
Are challenge fees refundable?
No.
The 2-Step Challenge account is non-refundable.
Once the challenge fee has been paid, it cannot be refunded.
How can I submit an appeal?
Users may submit an appeal through the platform support channel and provide the following information:

- Screenshots or supporting materials
