Challenge Failure & Retry Policy
This page explains the conditions that result in challenge failure and what happens after a failed challenge.
When Does a Challenge Fail?
A challenge will be marked as Failed if any of the following conditions occur:
- The required Profit Target is not reached within the applicable trading period.
- The Maximum Daily Loss limit is breached.
- The Maximum Account Loss limit is breached.
- The Minimum Trading Days requirement is not met.
- The Maximum Trading Period is exceeded.
- Prohibited trading activities are detected.
- The account status becomes abnormal or restricted.
- The account does not pass the platform review.
Step 1 Failure
If the challenge fails during Step 1:
- The account will not advance to Step 2.
- All open positions will be liquidated.
- The account will be revoked.
Step 2 Failure
If the challenge fails during Step 2:
- The account will not enter the Funded Account stage.
- All open positions will be liquidated.
- The account will be revoked.
What Happens After a Challenge Fails?
Trading access is revoked immediately.
All open positions are liquidated.
You can still log in to view your trading history and the reason for failure.
To participate again, you must purchase a new Challenge Account.
