Under the same BitFrog account, all trading accounts from the same exchange will share the same cashback rate. If a user links multiple trading accounts to one BitFrog account, those accounts from the same exchange will share a cashback rate, which is determined based on the total trading volume generated on BitFrog.

#### **Rate Adjustment Rules:**

* The cashback rate for the next month will be determined based on the user's current month's trading volume, and it will take effect on the 1st of the following month (Singapore Time).
* If a user fails to meet the tier criteria for two consecutive evaluations, the cashback rate will be downgraded based on the second month's trading volume.

#### Example：

* User A achieves LV3 based on their trading volume in June and will enjoy the LV3 cashback rate starting July 1. However, if User A fails to meet the LV3 trading volume requirement in both July and August, and their trading volume in August only qualifies for LV1, then their cashback rate will be downgraded to LV1 starting from September 1.
